Why This Page Has No Reviews on It

Verified feedback from people who completed a screening. We publish the four-star reviews and the declines too, because a page of nothing but five stars tells you nothing.

Where the reviews are

We Haven't Published Any Yet

Most ESA sites open with a star rating and a wall of testimonials. Plenty of those are written by the marketing team. Ours would have been too, so we deleted them.

Real Reviews or None

A testimonial goes up when a client who finished a screening writes one and gives written consent to publish it. Not before.

No Rating Until There Is One

You will not find an aggregate score on this site until there are real reviews behind it. An invented 4.7 is worth nothing.

Declines Get Published Too

When reviews arrive, the ones from people our mental-health professionals turned down go up alongside the rest.

Worked with us already?

Email support@thehealifypet.com and tell us how it went — including if it went badly. We will ask for a short written release before anything is published.

Better than a testimonial

Four Ways to Check Us Without Trusting Us

Look Up the License

Your letter names the signing mental-health professional's license type, number and state. Every state board runs a free public lookup.

Search the NPI Registry

Check the mental-health professional independently at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov.

Have Your Landlord Call

The mental-health professional's direct contact details sit on the letter. Verification goes to the person who signed it, not to us.

Read What We Say No To

No registries. No ID cards. No travel rights. No guaranteed approval. A provider that promises those is telling on itself.

How we handle reviews

The Rules We Will Follow When Reviews Arrive

Clients Only

Review invitations go only to people who completed a screening, approved or declined.

Nothing Offered in Exchange

No discounts, credits or entries into prize draws for a review. Ever.

Critical Reviews Stay Up

We remove only abuse, or anything that would identify a third party. Not low ratings.

Names Shortened

First name and initial, with consent, because this is health information.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions asked most often about this topic.

Are These Reviews Real?

Yes. Review invitations go only to people who completed a screening, whether they were approved or declined.

Do You Pay for Reviews?

No. Nothing is offered in exchange — no discounts, credits or prize draws.

Do You Delete Negative Reviews?

No. We remove only abuse or anything that would identify a third party. Low ratings stay up, which is why four-star reviews appear here.

Why Are Names Shortened?

Because this is health information. We publish a first name and initial, with consent.

Why Are There No Client Photographs?

Because we will not pair a stock or generated face with a named testimonial. If a client supplies their own photo with permission, we use it.

Does a Review Predict My Outcome?

No. Individual outcomes are individual — a letter that resolved one dispute in a week may take longer with a different property manager, and some clients are declined.

Do You Publish Reviews from People You Declined?

Yes. A page of nothing but five stars tells a reader nothing.

How Is the Average Rating Calculated?

It is the mean of all verified client reviews collected through our own review request, not a curated selection.

Can I Leave a Review?

Yes, if you completed a screening. You will receive an invitation, and you can also review us on the public platforms linked from the homepage.

Where Else Can I Check Your Reputation?

On the independent review platforms linked from the homepage, and by verifying the mental-health professional's license and NPI yourself.

Can I Speak to a Past Client?

No. We will not put clients in touch with prospective ones, because their participation here is health information and their consent covers publication only.

What if a Review Describes Something You Have Since Changed?

We leave the review up and, where it matters, note the change. Editing history to look better would defeat the point of publishing reviews.
