Collection
What We Collect
Identity and Contact
Your name, email, phone number and the state where you live.
Health Information
Your screening answers about your mental health and daily functioning, plus anything you tell your mental-health professional.
Animal Details
Species, breed, weight and how the animal supports you.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic; it records which pages you visit, so the state and topic pages you open are visible to it. It is not given your name, email or screening answers.
Purpose
Why We Collect It
To route your screening to a mental-health professional licensed in the state where you live.
To let that mental-health professional conduct an assessment and, if appropriate, issue a letter.
To take payment after a letter is issued, and to provide support afterwards.
To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
Who Sees It
Your Mental-Health Professional
The licensed professional conducting your assessment. This is the whole point of the service.
Support Staff
Only where needed to resolve a request you have raised.
Service Providers
Payment processing, scheduling, hosting and live-chat vendors, bound by contract and limited to what their function requires. Our website chat is operated by Tawk.to; anything you type into it is processed on their systems. Please do not share medical details in chat — use your screening or email support instead.
Nobody Else
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or lead buyers.
Disclosure
What Your Landlord Receives
Your letter confirms that you have a condition meeting the Fair Housing Act disability standard and that the animal supports it. It does not name your diagnosis.
A housing provider verifying your letter reaches your mental-health professional, not us, and confirms licensure — nothing clinical.
Retention
How Long We Keep It
Clinical records are retained for the period your mental-health professional’s state board requires, which is commonly six to ten years. Marketing contact data is deleted on request or after prolonged inactivity.
Control
Your Rights

Ask us to fix anything inaccurate.

Ask us to delete your data where law and clinical retention rules permit.
